Payment and terms — no surprises.

Five questions that come up at almost every first meeting.

Are government fees included in the price?

In the "Entrepreneur", "Relocation" and "Wealth" packages — yes, all fees are included. For standalone services, government charges may be payable separately, which is stated in the quote. There are never any "top-ups" mid-way: everything is set out before the engagement is signed.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For packages from €10,000 the standard split is 50/50 — half at the start, half before the residence card is issued or after the company is registered. For "Wealth" it is 40/30/30. Bespoke schedules are discussed at the first meeting.

What if the residence permit is refused?

Our approval rate is 94%. If refused, we file an appeal or a fresh application free of charge, under the engagement. Where the refusal is caused by inaccurate information from the client, no refund is due. In all other cases we refund 50% of the fee.

How is payment made?

Bank transfer to the account of Lusitania Capital, Lda (Millennium bcp). Clients with a residence permit can pay by Portuguese card; non-residents by SWIFT or SEPA. We do not accept cryptocurrency, due to AML requirements.

How long does a proposal take to prepare?

After the first 45-minute consultation (which is free) — 3–5 working days for a personal PDF plan broken down by stage and cost. The plan is valid for 30 days, after which prices may be revised.
