Fourteen years — from a two-desk law practice to a full-service firm with offices in Lisbon and Porto.

Transparency
One quote at the outset. Not a single hidden charge. Every entry is in your client portal, every step can be traced.
Confidentiality
An NDA is signed before the first meeting. Data is never kept in cloud CRMs. Servers are in the EU, with document-level encryption.
Expertise
Our partners are OA lawyers, OROC auditors, OCC-certified accountants and AMI-licensed agents. We know Portuguese law at regulator level.
Long relationships
70% of clients stay on after their original matter closes. We don't make our living on one-off incorporations, but on advising clients for years.
Local strength
We are a Portuguese company with Portuguese lawyers. Nothing is outsourced to India or third countries.
